The first 40 feet from the public ROW define your corporate identity before any tenant or auditor reaches the door. We maintain hardscape edging, mulch beds, and entry signage plantings to lease-specification tolerances — no yellowing turf strips, no heaved curb joints left unaddressed.

Dock Perimeter & Loading Margins

Dock aprons accumulate debris, oil-stained gravel migration, and weed colonization inside expansion joints faster than any other zone. Our crews clear vegetation from concrete seams, restore gravel profiles, and maintain sightline clearance required by OSHA 1910.303 for dock egress.

Retention Basin & Stormwater

Municipal stormwater permits require vegetated buffer maintenance and inlet clearance documented at each inspection cycle. We service retention basins, detention ponds, and bioswales — mowing, sediment removal, inlet clearing, and erosion repair — with photo documentation included in every service report.
